CLEO Systems Integrates Babble Sesui

Providing telephony and video consultation functionality for fast and efficient patient support

Published by CLEO Systems on 26/10/2022

After acquiring Sesui in April 2021, Babble has enhanced its Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) and communications offering and built on their presence within healthcare, specifically the NHS, where Sesui provided critical CCaaS solutions to a range of NHS Primary and Urgent healthcare providers.

CLEO Systems has successfully integrated a range of communications solutions from Babble into its patient management system, CLEO CORE. The solutions which include telephony, video consultation and ‘enabling software’ are enhancing communications and streamlining processes for CLEO’s customers.

CLEO Systems’ patient management system supports Integrated Urgent Care providers to deliver healthcare services in a variety of out-of-hospital settings across the South, East and North of England. Babble works with clients to provide cloud-based technology solutions that increase resource capacity, improve workforce productivity and quality of care.

The team initially started work with Babble in early 2021 to integrate a video consultation solution in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This enables CLEO users to provide access to remote video consultations quickly and easily in whichever setting they might be in. After this successful integration, the team at CLEO worked further with Babble to integrate other elements of their communications solutions, including telephony and enabling software, which enhances communications methods and means all solutions are accessible in one place and do not require third party devices for access.

Manveer Mangat Technical Director at Babble says: “As we have worked with the NHS for over 15 years across many GP practices, Urgent Care providers and GP federations, we understand how our communications tools can help real-world challenges facing primary and urgent care. This relationship and integration with CLEO Systems was a real ‘meeting of minds’ as both companies work in a lean and nimble way for the good of patients. At the start of the pandemic, we realised that people couldn’t work with such a full screen real estate, so we’ve worked hard to address this.”

David Brown, Managing Director, CLEO Systems said: “Our developments and drivers are all about enhancing the patient journey, and for this, we need to support our teams who in turn support the patient. Working with Babble has meant that we can do just this. CLEO CORE is the only browser based clinical workflow system and we are proud that our software is so flexible and easy to integrate with.”
